United Equal Parenting Conference

	This conference was conceived by Thames Valley Equal Parenting and the Men’s Hour. Following the disbanding of Fathers 4 Justice, it was unclear which way to go and how to get there. We are looking to unite all people under. one roof who pursue the fight for children’s rights and the rights for both mum and dad to parenting equally after a relationship breakdown.

The Men’s Hour is a blog, originally created from an online audio programme. It champions the issues of men and fathers. It is also associated with book publishing on men’s issues.

Thames Valley Equal Parenting was originally from the Reading branch of Fathers 4 Justice. Lately it has been doing public awareness events, mostly campaigning in town centres, in Reading, Berkshire and other towns in the area, and last September (2005) there was a campaign outside the Labour Party Conference in Brighton.
